Who Do We Ship With?

You can rest easy knowing that all of our orders are shipped with Australia Post! We also add Signature On Delivery & Insurance onto your order automatically - so that you're covered no matter what!

How Do We Ship?

All orders have the option of choosing a flat rate of either $12 for standard shipping or $17 for express shipping - this includes signature on delivery & insurance cover, which we add to every order to ensure it gets to you safely. 
Orders sent to New Zealand have a flat rate of $25 AUD
All other International orders have a flat rate of $35 AUD
** All international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Herman Store is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally

How Long Will It Take To Reach Me?

Domestic Standard : 2-7 business days (your location dependant)
Domestic Express : 1-3 business days (your location dependant)
International 5-15 business days (your location dependant)

If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the Monday.
Herman Store is located in Victoria, Australia. Therefore, please note that if we receive your order on a Victorian Public Holiday, it will not be processed until the following day!

What Information Do You Provide?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number with Australia Post. Sometimes this email can hide in your junk folder - if you have not received this email please get in touch with us! We can provide you with your tracking information directly

What about Preorder Items?

When placing an order on a preorder item & in stock item at the same time - please note that they will be sent out together once preorder has landed. If you would like shipped out separately please contact us to arrange! All preorder items are shipped out as soon as stock lands.
