Our owner Karina has been the owner of Herman for over 9 years and knows the retail game back to front! Her favourite thing is meeting all of our lovely customers and catching up with them in stores. When she's not busy chasing after her two little boys, she loves spending time with her fiancé and family, beach/coffee walks and laying low! She enjoys holidays when she can get the time.

She loves styling every customer that walks in the door and as she has an eye for outfitting and also keeps our stores looking beautiful with her merchandising! Out of work she loves catching up with family and eating food. She loves to travel but is also a massive homebody - her favourite weekends are spent at home with her partner and 2 pups.

Maddy has worked with the Herman family for 14 years and is one of the only original staff members! She loves having a chat with all of our customers and helping them to find a perfect outfit for any occasion. Her favourite styling is finding the perfect denim fit for our customers as she is a huge lover of denim! On the weekends, Mads loves catching up with friends, having a laugh and hanging out with her beautiful family, including her 3 kids!

Evie has been a Herman girl for 3 years, and she is our in-house marketing girl. Evie spends her days off eating out with friends, gaming, drinking amaretto sours or on the golfing greens. 

@lilysloan - Retail Assistant 

Lily loves helping customers put together outfits and making them feel amazing in what they wear! Out of work Lily loves reading and going for runs with her dog and also loves travelling!
